Introduction

We are ISO 9001-2015 certified company our Foundry Division, SATGURU CASTING COMPANY located in Sirgitti Industrial Area of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh has total land area of 2 Acres with a present capacity to produce 4000 Tons of Iron and steel Castings per Annum. Ours is a Modern State of the Art Jobbing Ferrous Foundry equipped with Appropriate and Reliable Plant and Machineries with Stringent Process and Quality Control Norms starting from Raw Material Inspection to Finished Products.

We are manufacturing Ferrous Castings, both Steel and Cast Iron weighing from 0.5 Kgs. to 5000kgs. and in accordance with all National and International Specifications Viz. IS, DIN, BS, ASTM etc. Our product range includes:

Plain Carbon, High Strength Low Alloy (HSLA), High Alloy, High Manganese Austenitic (Hadfield), Stainless, Heat Resistant Steel, Iron Castings

Castings in un-machined/Proof Machined or Finished Machined Condition.

We have a capable Heat Treatment Process with both water and oil Quenching facility comprising of Electrically Heated Thyristor controlled Furnace and PID Loop Controllers and Servo Controllers. Furnace Temperature Uniformity is periodically monitored by means of an Independent Master Thermocouple and Process Capability Assessed.

Our Quality Assurance Program revolves around Quality Systems, New Product or Prototype and Technology Development, Manufacturing Process Control and Final Inspection & Product Compliance and covers all appropriate Chemical, Physical, Destructive and Non-Destructive Test Facilities.
